Great question! While this actually varies from project to project. here is a breakdown:
$60/hr project management
$60/hr book doctoring
$60/hr book publishing
$60/hr proofreading + line & copy editing
$50/hr Proofreading + line editing
$45/hr copy editing
$45/hr line editing
$30/hr proofreading.
